Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on weekend routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible to work in various weather conditions
