Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for regional and long-haul routes between Indianapolis and California
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Document and report any incidents or equipment malfunctions immediately
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of interstate highway systems and navigation technology
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended trips
