Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across California
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Plan efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled with care
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Comply with all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Represent Pacific Logistics Solutions professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb trailer steps
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
