Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper securing techniques
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for all shipments
- Represent our company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with ELD systems
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holiday availability
- hazmat endorsement preferred but not required
