Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) to deliver freight on time and in excellent condition.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate digital logs (ELD) and paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
