Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (53ft dry van) for regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight
- Communicate with clients professionally at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight trips (3-5 days)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
