Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances while adhering to DOT regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet tight deadlines
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure secure loading and unloading of freight at client sites
- Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical loading tasks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
