Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding route changes and schedules.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (Required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screening.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
