Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all DOT safety standards and company policies
- Assist in training new drivers on safety protocols and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route planning
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
