Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated) on regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR/Regional experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Basic smartphone navigation skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- No DUIs or major preventable accidents in 3 years
- Strong attention to detail and time management
