Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Maintain precise delivery schedules and route optimization
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Ensure cargo security and proper documentation (BOLs, logs)
- Adhere strictly to DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time navigation and communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area and Texas highways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early start times and occasional weekend work
- Must pass background check and orientation process
