Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) across Chicago metropolitan area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery in high-traffic urban environments
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience preferred)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
