Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using the CityRide Connect platform
- Maintain high vehicle cleanliness standards and ensure passenger comfort
- Complete all required training modules within the first 30 days
- Adhere to traffic laws and CityRide's safety protocols at all times
- Optimize earnings through strategic routing and peak-hour availability
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance to fleet management
- Maintain professional communication with riders and support team
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use our proprietary app
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4 doors
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- No commercial driving experience required – training provided!
- Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the US
