Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) for local and regional routes
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs via electronic logging device
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth metro area routes
- Basic knowledge of freight documentation and hazmat compliance
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
