Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Safely transport freight to distribution centers and client sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Miami-Dade traffic patterns
- Basic navigation and GPS device proficiency
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
