Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight across Colorado and surrounding states
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Secure and properly load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass thorough background check and MVR review
