Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business processes.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) and recommend adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate third-party vendors and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale migrations and digital transformations.
- Strong command of Programming Languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
