Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures using modern frameworks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Conduct deep-dive technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to relocate.
