Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling investment proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, R, and systems modeling tools
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
