Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough projects from ideation to commercialization
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining products or ventures
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Strategy
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
