Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market transformations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Deliver executive briefings to C-suite clients on emerging disruption vectors
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT and Stanford research initiatives
- Design and implement organizational resilience frameworks for volatility adaptation
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' global innovation summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI ethics, neurotech, climate AI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
