Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using design thinking and foresight methodologies
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals and conferences
- Advise executive teams on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilot projects with $1M+ annual budgets
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or digital transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stack (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for strategic narratives
