Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks and governance models for sustainable growth
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives
