Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design robust, scalable infrastructure for AI and Machine Learning models capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and future computational demands.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms and protocols into our existing cloud ecosystems to prepare for the quantum computing era.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability and potential impact on our product suite for the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performance engineering team in best practices for MLOps, deployment, and system reliability.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or ML leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on high availability and security.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
