Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-performance smart contracts using Rust and Solidity.
- Lead architectural decisions for Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability bridges.
- Conduct rigorous code audits and security reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to build intuitive dApp interfaces using Web3.js and React.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Optimize transaction throughput and reduce gas costs for end-users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and/or Rust with a proven track record of deploying audited smart contracts.
- Experience building and integrating with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible chains.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
