Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation AI systems with a focus on 2026 readiness and scalability.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing neural network models.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in Neural Interfaces and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Optimize system performance for real-time decision making in decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing complex software architectures and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics applications in computing (preferred).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
