Responsibilities
- Lead Research Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel neural network architectures focused on reasoning and long-term memory.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency, reducing inference costs by over 40% while maintaining accuracy.
- Experimental Strategy: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and accelerate the deployment of new algorithms.
- Collaboration: Partner with software engineering teams to translate research models into reliable, scalable production APIs.
- Publication: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers is required.
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles at top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
