Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-focused innovations into core products
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational projects
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
