Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical software systems tailored for the 2026 technology stack.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into error correction and quantum algorithm optimization to ensure system reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum modules into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud).
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for quantum capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
