Job Description
Nexus Future Labs is pioneering the technological landscape of 2026. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to design the neural architectures that will define the next decade of human-machine interaction. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Computing integration, this is your opportunity to shape the future.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to build scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems designed for the emerging realities of 2026 and beyond. We offer a competitive package, equity, and the chance to work on projects that will impact millions.
Responsibilities
- Design Core Systems: Architect and deploy next-generation neural network architectures capable of processing complex, multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Quantum Integration: Bridge classical deep learning frameworks with emerging quantum computing algorithms to solve optimization problems previously thought impossible.
- Research & Development: Lead internal R&D initiatives to explore and validate novel AI paradigms, including self-correcting models and emergent reasoning systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all deployed systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance for autonomous systems.
- System Scalability: Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native, edge-computing environments optimized for high-volume AI inference.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated history of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex, multi-year projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions for complex system challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
