Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the FlexDrive app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle conditions promptly
- Track earnings and trip details through our driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles area and navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must own or have access to a 4-door vehicle (2008 or newer)
