Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport in construction and infrastructure projects
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team via remote communication apps for route optimization
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage digital paperwork (delivery confirmations, incident reports) from home
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Adapt to varying weather and traffic conditions in the Baltimore metro area
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years dump truck operation experience
- Familiarity with Baltimore metro routes and construction sites
