Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight between distribution centers and client locations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and troubleshoot route challenges
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Document delivery receipts and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania roadways and surrounding states
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for overnight travel and weekend shifts as needed
