Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional route delivery
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with precision and efficiency
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize on-time performance
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Local route knowledge of Stockton/Sacramento area preferred
