Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times to ensure the safety of the driver, team members, and the public.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and organized.
- Sort, organize, and route packages efficiently to minimize delivery time and errors.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
- Update delivery status using the mobile app while on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major traffic violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for GPS navigation and order management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and change if applicable.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
