Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate daily operations
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
