Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Verify delivery contents against invoices and obtain signatures as required.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and personal appearance.
- Log daily mileage and delivery information accurately in the company handheld device.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery data.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying schedules.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
