Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to forecast disruptive innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological disruption and market volatility
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and pilot programs
- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
