Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop actionable 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing future-proof business models and digital transformation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using advanced data analytics and machine learning
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry conferences
- Maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ project experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions and driving large-scale transformation
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., CFIF) required
