Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend prediction tools
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking and publications
- Collaborate with C-suite to align 2026 innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (Gartner Hype Cycle, Trend Hunter, Waze)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
