Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technological foresight framework through rigorous trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption pathways
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and monitor competitive landscape evolution
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive leadership and board of directors
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for pilot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
