Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build scenario models for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting global markets
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or exponential growth models
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision initiatives implemented at scale
