Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive trends and opportunities through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content on future of work and digital transformation
- Build stakeholder consensus around long-term strategy through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced tech environments
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
