Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership content and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor and evaluate competitive disruption vectors in rapidly evolving sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
