Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives to identify critical drivers of change post-2025
- Develop evidence-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across geopolitical, economic, and social dimensions
- Create actionable foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Design and facilitate workshops on future literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external experts, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into product innovation and business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and strategic offsites
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
