Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation accelerators
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions and market positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes or policy impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Experience working with global multicultural teams across diverse industries
