- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers and designers to prototype future concepts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech adaptation
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
