Responsibilities
- Analyze converging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and forecast market impacts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to prioritize future R&D initiatives
- Author whitepapers on paradigm-shifting technologies for industry publications
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate emerging startups
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and forward-thinking global forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (patents preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
