As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps. You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, develop scenario-based strategic frameworks, and pioneer methodologies that position Innovatech as the industry's thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational adaptation to emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into strategic innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to incubate futuristic product concepts and service prototypes
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
