Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to optimize model training pipelines and reduce inference latency.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all 2026 project deliverables.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Edge AI to inform long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
